Faith Farms

Faith Farms are needed to feed the world...

With just a little boost, Africa could soon become the new bread basket of the world. That is important, for our global population will grow by another billion people over the next 12 years. However, farming in Africa is currently at a crossroads, with one-in-three of the continents 1.36 billion people still hungry and malnourished. Whether or not those statistics are perfectly accurate, everyone knows for sure that there is a global hunger crisis of epic proportions brewing in the world.

Covid-19 and recent weather problems have worsened the situation, but the root cause of this problem has always been greed and corruption. More food than ever is actually being grown in Africa, but farm wages in general have not been increased. Even worse, the best new crops in Africa are now being exported to wealthier, more developed nations throughout Europe and Asia for increased profits, rather than being made available for local consumption at an affordable price.

World leaders have long recognized Africa’s great development potential. They have been trying for decades to grow and expand the agricultural sector throughout the continent. Sadly, their approach has only exacerbated issues of poverty and inequality, and perpetuated food shortages by promoting “corporate farming.” Agriculture still has the greatest potential to lift large numbers of the hungry out of poverty in Africa (and in many other parts of the world), but protecting huge corporate farming interests always comes at the expense of smaller subsistence-farmers and the poor. All of this is completely unjust and dishonorable. Thus, we believe it is time for The Church to get much more involved.

Faith Farms are a simple, sustainable, Godly solution to this problem that have been shown to work, and to do so in harmony with Africa’s people and culture using currently available resources. What governments and corporations cannot achieve in caring for those in need while trying to feed the rest of the world, the Body of Christ can easily accomplish when we are empowered by His Faith and led by His Spirit. The world may doubt it, but that is a fact of Grace for The Church! That is why the Konkrete Company and its Colleagues are setting out to start, expand and improve local farming and agribusiness operations in Africa (and elsewhere) to help better feed those in need, as well as the rest of the world.

We will get started by leasing otherwise fallow land and helping Christians living throughout Africa grow additional crops using proven tools and methods that work in their area. Then, we will expand and diversify. In doing so, we can provide better jobs, food to feed the hungry, and additional revenue to help care for widows and orphans and others in need, while also sustaining and continually expanding the Faith Farms initiative over the long-term. Our heart in this is quite simply, God’s heart, which is to Love and Feed and Bless all mankind. That means Faith Farms will be very successful where so many others have failed, for we are functioning as Christ’s Body here on this earth, and Jesus is always FAITHFUL to do our Heavenly Father’s heart and will.

So, subscribe to the Faith Farms team, and get involved today. The active participation, prayers and loving financial support of 30,000 Colleagues are vital to the launch and implementation of this massive undertaking, and are most certainly going to make a huge difference in this world. The Body of Christ, united in LOVE (Jesus), strong in FAITH (Jesus), and working together is the only way to save lives and literally feed the whole world, both physically and spiritually, with the Bread of LIFE (Jesus). Time is rapidly growing short, so do it now!

Remember, in these troubled times, that very soon the next meal God Lovingly feeds you may well have been grown in FAITH by an African Farmer!

Be Blessed!

17He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.

[Proverbs 19:17; KJV; Emphasis added.]

16Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.

[Hebrews 13:16; ESV; Emphasis added.]

6But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. 7Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

[2 Corinthians 9:6-7; KJV; Emphasis added.]

16By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. 17But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him? 18Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.
