Konkrete Financial

Unlike banks and credit unions, a finance company does not take deposits from its clients, nor does it provide services commonly offered by banks and credit unions. Most finance companies loan funds to individuals and business clients who simply cannot obtain any other financing due to a poor credit history or lack of sufficient collateral.

Such loans are considered ‘subprime’ and generally represent a greater risk to a finance company. For that reason, borrowers often agree to pay a substantially higher interest rate to get the loan funds they need. Unfortunately, that means this type of lending practice often ends up being rather predatory or abusive in nature. In fact, many finance companies end up charging such exorbitant annual interest rates – often in excess of 300% – that they further exacerbate the dire financial circumstances a borrower is facing. Obviously, that is wrong, for such an outcome is inherently unjust and dishonorable.

So, the Konkrete Company and its Colleagues are now working together with one another, collaboratively, to build a new, honorable and just, national finance company under the Konkrete^® Brand. We believe it is time for people of Faith to stand up and work together to help others in need overcome their hardships. We are doing so, as Christians, while simultaneously working to create a whole new network of uncompromising, comprehensive financial services devised specifically to serve The Church and others in need. This is, in fact, part of the structural design of the new Konkrete Economy and Financial Ecosystem.

Konkrete Financial is being launched by first assembling a very large, nationwide team of Konkrete Colleagues. These individuals will then work together with one another and the Konkrete Company to help create and incubate a new, national company specializing in consumer finance, sales finance, and commercial finance credit lending. In like manner, the group will also work together to help capitalize Konkrete Financial’s operations, and actively promote the company’s services within the marketplace.

We believe Konkrete Financial will quickly develop into a rather significant, disruptive competitor in the industry. However, as a Faith-based company, Konkrete Financial will always run its business differently than the rest of the world. That is why we will be a Rock Solid company. That is why the financial services we offer will be Rock Solid services. And, that is why the returns we will earn will still be Rock Solid profits. That will all happen quite naturally as we create an honorable and just experience meant to benefit everyone involved, including the borrower. YES, even a finance company can operate with complete integrity! That is the Konkrete Way.

YOU and all other Konkrete Colleagues who subscribe to the Konkrete Financial team will be equity stakeholders in the company. In addition, YOU and all other Colleagues on the team will have significant autonomy as well as input into the final organization, design, and operation of Konkrete Financial. As a member of The Church, Konkrete Financial will literally be your company! The more you participate and collaborate with us and our Colleagues during the incubation process to help design, organize and promote the company, the more you will ultimately be rewarded as a stakeholder.
